During non-banking hours, please call our debit card processor at 1(800)264-4274. You will be asked questions to verify your identity and your card will then be cancelled. Card re-issuance will be handled by CLB The Community Bank.
During banking and non-banking hours, please call our credit card processor at 1 (800) 556-5678. The card processor’s customer service department will handle the card cancellation and re-issuance.
Debit Card On/Off
Take control of your Visa® Debit Card and protect yourself against unauthorized use. If you have online banking you have the option of turning your card on and off with a simple click or swipe.
Turning your card OFF only impacts future debit card (point of sale and ATM) transactions. Any previously authorized transactions will still be paid, and any recurring transactions you had previously set up will still occur. Turning your card OFF will not affect your checks, mobile or internet transfers, bill payments, or any other type of transactions in your account(s).
You are in control. You can view whether your card is currently ON or OFF via the Mobile App or Online Banking.
